We are proud to provide a  support service that most school of our size could not aspire to. The Well being Coordinator, Mrs V Neal, supports the well being of pupils through schemes of work; including self-reliance, self-esteem, social skills, anger management, friendships and resilience.

The structure is to give pupils individual talktime and counselling when facing particular challenges, group work and pastoral support, as well as supporting their growth in learning alongside emotional wellbeing, all whilst promoting resilience for the future.  Mrs. Neal oversees the well-being of vulnerable children in our small, rural school, and spends time working with individuals and groups in order to enable every child to achieve to his or her potential. Mrs Neal works closely with our FLO/Inclusion leader to provide programmes of support for the differing needs of each child.

Mrs Neal is a qualified counsellor and has extensive experience in nurture provision and has fulfilled a clinical placement in a primary setting
